When members do exercises and follow healthy habit, the health data will be captured by our mobile app and smartwearable and encrypted and submitted to blockchain. Each user will have his own chain for keeping health and account information, new coins will be generated as health information grows. The blockchain will be based on Nxt blockchain, using Proof of Stake (PoS) consensus.
Furthermore, mHealth is the use of mobile and wireless technologies to support the achievement of health objectives. The widespread use of mobile phones is one reason why this practice is rapidly progressing. This course provides an introduction to this emerging field and an overview of best practices for mHealth solution development.
